Welcome to Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC. By using this website, contacting us, submitting a booking request, making a payment or deposit, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
This website is provided for general information, booking requests, portfolio viewing, and communication with Hustle Ink Tattoos. We do our best to keep all information accurate and updated, but details such as availability, pricing, services, and policies may change at any time.
Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until it has been reviewed and confirmed by Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC.
A $100 tattoo booking deposit may be required to secure the date and time. Deposit details, appointment requirements, and final pricing will be discussed before your appointment is confirmed. The booking deposit is separate from consultation fees.
Tattoo Pricing
Tattoo pricing may vary depending on the size, placement, detail, style, time required, and overall design. Any pricing listed on this website is for general guidance only unless specifically confirmed by Hustle Ink Tattoos.
Tattoo Services and Touch-Ups
Tattoo results and healing may vary based on skin type, placement, aftercare, lifestyle, and other individual factors. Any complimentary touch-up is subject to eligibility requirements, time limits, exclusions, and artist approval as described in the Hustle Ink Tattoos Tattoo Policies. By purchasing or receiving tattoo services, clients agree to the current Tattoo Policies posted on this website.
Deposits and Cancellations
A $100 tattoo booking deposit may be required to book an appointment. Deposits are used to hold your appointment time and may go toward the final tattoo price. The standard consultation fee is $50, and the cover-up consultation fee is $75; consultation fees and booking deposits are separate charges. The shop minimum is $100.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to follow booking instructions may result in loss of deposit.
Artwork and Designs
Custom tattoo designs, sketches, artwork, logos, images, and other creative content shown on this website are the property of Hustle Ink Tattoos or the original artist unless otherwise stated. Images and artwork may not be copied, reused, altered, or sold without written permission.
Age Requirements
Clients must meet all legal age requirements for tattoo services. A valid government-issued ID may be required before receiving tattoo services.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information before receiving tattoo services. Hustle Ink Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service if there are health, safety, legal, or professional concerns.
Merchandise & Product Sales
Hustle Ink Tattoos offers apparel, accessories, and other merchandise through its online store. Some products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled by third-party production partners.
Product images, colors, sizing, materials, and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, production methods, fabric characteristics, and manufacturing tolerances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size information, color selections, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before completing a purchase.
Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Made-to-order items may enter production shortly after an order is placed, after which cancellations, modifications, returns, or exchanges may be limited.
Merchandise purchases are also subject to Hustle Ink Tattoos’ Shipping & Fulfillment Policy and Merchandise Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a verified fulfillment issue, Hustle Ink Tattoos will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with those policies.
Prices, product availability, designs, colors, sizes, promotions, and other merchandise details may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
INK VAULT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Participation in The Ink Vault is subject to application, approval, full payment, the signed Ink Vault Application & Membership Agreement, these Terms & Conditions, and the Tattoo Policies.
The founding offer costs $1,000 and provides up to $1,800 in tattoo credit released as twelve $150 monthly amounts. Ink Vault credit may cover no more than 50% of an eligible tattoo's final price; the member is responsible for the remainder and all excluded charges.
Membership activates only after Hustle Ink Tattoos verifies and records full payment. Payments made outside Wix must be specifically approved, verified, recorded in Wix, and confirmed by receipt.
Membership credit is nontransferable, has no cash value, cannot be applied to prior work, and does not guarantee appointment availability. Except where required by law, the membership purchase is final and nonrefundable after activation.
The signed Ink Vault Application & Membership Agreement contains the complete program-specific terms. If a general term conflicts with a signed Ink Vault term, the signed Ink Vault term controls for that membership.
Contact Information
Consultation fees, booking deposits, and tattoo charges are separate unless Hustle Ink Tattoos confirms otherwise in writing. Custom tattoo pricing is reviewed and confirmed after the appropriate consultation.
