Tattoo Touch-Up Policy
At Hustle Ink Tattoos, we take pride in the quality of our work and want every client to be satisfied with the final result of their tattoo. Because every person’s skin heals differently, a minor touch-up may occasionally be needed after the tattoo has fully healed.
Complimentary Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up may be provided for eligible tattoos completed by a Hustle Ink Tattoos artist. Touch-up requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original tattoo appointment.
Clients must allow the tattoo to heal completely before requesting a touch-up. Please wait a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks after the original appointment before contacting us for an evaluation.
A complimentary touch-up is intended to correct small areas where ink may have healed lighter, fallen out, or settled unevenly during the normal healing process. It does not include changes to the original design, additional details, resizing, color changes, or additions to the tattoo.
Touch-Up Eligibility
To request a touch-up, the client must provide clear, well-lit photographs of the fully healed tattoo. The artist will review the tattoo and determine whether a complimentary touch-up is appropriate.
Complimentary touch-ups are provided at the artist’s discretion and must be scheduled according to the artist’s availability.
Exclusions
Complimentary touch-ups may not be available when fading, damage, or ink loss results from:

Failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions

Picking, scratching, peeling, or otherwise interfering with the healing process

Excessive sun exposure, tanning, swimming, soaking, or improper care during healing

Infection, skin trauma, or another medical or skin-related issue

Work performed on the tattoo by another artist

Changes or additions requested after the original tattoo was completed

Normal aging or fading that occurs after the 90-day touch-up period
Areas that naturally experience faster fading or ink loss—including fingers, hands, palms, feet, toes, elbows, knees, face, and certain high-friction areas—may require a paid touch-up. Eligibility for a complimentary touch-up in these areas will be determined by the artist.
Cover-ups may also require additional sessions because the final result depends on the existing tattoo, scar tissue, ink saturation, skin condition, and healing process. Additional work needed to further conceal an original tattoo is not automatically considered a complimentary touch-up.
Scheduling and Missed Appointments
Approved complimentary touch-up appointments must be scheduled within the timeframe provided by Hustle Ink Tattoos.
If a client cancels late, reschedules outside the permitted window, or fails to attend a complimentary touch-up appointment, the complimentary service may be forfeited. A new appointment may require a deposit or touch-up fee.
Paid Touch-Ups
Touch-ups requested after the complimentary eligibility period, touch-ups that fall under an exclusion, and changes or additions to the original design will be priced according to the amount of work and appointment time required.
By booking and receiving tattoo services from Hustle Ink Tattoos, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Tattoo Touch-Up Policy.
Tattoo Parties & Private Events
Tattoo parties, mobile appointments, group bookings, and private events require advance preparation, travel, supplies, and reserved artist availability. Any deposit, booking payment, retainer, or prepaid amount reserves time specifically for the client and/or event.
NO-SHOWS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment, including appointments scheduled as part of a tattoo party or private event, forfeit the payment associated with that appointment. No-show payments and deposits are non-refundable.
If a client leaves an event and agrees to return later, the original appointment time remains reserved for that client. Hustle Ink Tattoos is not required to wait, extend event hours, return to the location, or return on another day because the client became unavailable.
If Hustle Ink Tattoos agrees to wait, return later, reschedule, or come back on another date, that accommodation is a courtesy and does not change the original no-show or refund policy.
COURTESY RESCHEDULING: At Hustle Ink Tattoos’ discretion, a forfeited payment may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment. A courtesy transfer does not make the payment refundable. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, cancelled outside of the permitted cancellation period, or declined, the payment remains forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit or booking payment. Payments forfeited because of a late cancellation or no-show are not eligible for cash refund.
EVENT/HOST DEPOSITS: Deposits or retainers paid to reserve an entire tattoo party or private event are non-refundable once the event is confirmed because the date, artist availability, preparation time, and travel are reserved specifically for that event.
LATE ARRIVALS: Excessive lateness may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, cancellation, or treatment as a no-show if the delay prevents the scheduled service from being completed.
By submitting payment and completing checkout, the client acknowledges and agrees to Hustle Ink Tattoos’ booking, deposit, cancellation, no-show, and event policies.
INK VAULT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The founding Ink Vault release is limited to five approved memberships. The one-time purchase price is $1,000 and unlocks a total of $1,800 in tattoo credit. The first $150 is available when the membership activates, followed by $150 on each monthly anniversary until all twelve releases have occurred.
Released credit may be used monthly or accumulated toward larger work. Ink Vault credit may cover no more than 50% of an eligible tattoo's final price; the member pays the remaining balance. Credit cannot be borrowed before release. Released unused credit remains available.
A membership activates only after approval and after the full $1,000 payment has been verified and recorded by Hustle Ink Tattoos. Payment may be made by individual Wix invoice or another method specifically approved by Hustle Ink Tattoos. Outside payments are not complete until verified, entered into Wix, and confirmed by receipt.
Tattoo prices remain based on regular Hustle Ink pricing and the final approved design, size, placement, detail, color, time, and complexity. Ink Vault cannot be combined with another promotion unless approved in writing.
Ink Vault credit does not cover consultation fees, booking deposits, tips, merchandise, aftercare products, tattoo parties or events, cancellation or rescheduling fees, no-show fees, or other non-tattoo charges. Standard consultations, deposits, appointment requirements, cancellation rules, health screening, consent, identification requirements, and artist approval continue to apply.
Membership and credit are personal to the approved member and cannot be transferred, shared, sold, gifted, exchanged for cash, used for another person's tattoo, or applied to prior work. Membership does not guarantee monthly, immediate, priority, or specific-date appointments.
Except where required by law, the membership purchase is final and nonrefundable after activation. Wix and Hustle Ink Tattoos client records control the activation date, released credit, used credit, and remaining balance.
The signed Ink Vault Application & Membership Agreement contains the complete controlling program terms and is available through The Ink Vault page. If a general studio policy and a specific Ink Vault term address the same issue, the signed Ink Vault term controls for that membership.
