Thank you for shopping with Hustle Ink Tattoos. Our apparel and merchandise are produced on demand, which allows us to offer original Hustle Ink designs without maintaining large amounts of pre-made inventory.
Because products are made after an order is placed, production time and shipping time are separate.
Production Time
Most merchandise orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally take longer because of product availability, order size, holidays, high-volume periods, quality-control checks, or other circumstances related to manufacturing.
Once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping Time
Shipping begins after production is complete.
For many U.S. orders using standard shipping, estimated transit time is approximately 2–5 business days after production. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, print provider, shipping destination, carrier, weather, peak seasons, and other circumstances outside Hustle Ink Tattoos' control.
International orders may require additional transit time.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking Information
When tracking becomes available, customers will receive shipment information using the contact information provided with their order.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to activate tracking information after a label has been created.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products produced by different fulfillment facilities.
As a result, items from the same order may:

ship separately,

have different tracking numbers, and

arrive on different dates.
A separate shipment does not necessarily mean that an item is missing from your order.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, contact Hustle Ink Tattoos as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment processing, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility.
Delayed Shipments
Occasional delays may occur because of:

or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order appears unusually delayed, please contact Hustle Ink Tattoos so we can review the available order and tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your merchandise arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Hustle Ink Tattoos promptly with:

clear photographs showing the problem.
Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that items may legally be imported into their destination country.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the customer's responsibility.
Customs processing may also result in additional delivery time.
