Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC, we value our clients’ time, our artist’s time, and the custom work that goes into every tattoo. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are required to reserve your consultation appointment and compensate the artist for their time, professional input, design discussion, and planning.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
If you move forward with your tattoo appointment, your consultation fee may be applied toward the final tattoo price at the discretion of Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure tattoo appointments, custom design work, or extended sessions.
All deposits are non-refundable and go toward reserving your appointment time, preparing your design, and holding space on the artist’s schedule.
Deposits may be applied toward the final tattoo price unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment without losing their deposit.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us, your deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the artist’s schedule.
Late arrivals may result in shortened tattoo time, rescheduling, or forfeiture of deposit.
Design Changes
Minor design adjustments may be discussed before your appointment. Major changes to the tattoo concept, size, placement, or style may require additional design time, a new consultation, a new quote, or rescheduling.
Final Tattoo Payments
Final payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Tattoo services are final once completed. Refunds are not provided for completed tattoo work.
Touch-Ups
Touch-up eligibility is determined by Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC. Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion depending on the tattoo, healing process, placement, and aftercare.
Touch-ups may not be free if the tattoo was not properly cared for, was picked/scratched, exposed to excessive sun, soaked too soon, or affected by client aftercare choices.
Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if something unexpected occurs. Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment, paying a consultation fee, paying a deposit, or receiving services from Hustle Ink Tattoos LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
